Ingredients
- 36 jumbo green olives (10 oz. drained weight)
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
Method
- Rinse olives and pat dry.
- Keep jar and lid.
- Return olives to jar.
- Add remaining ingredients; cover tightly and shake. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
