Ingredients
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 6 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 2 oz. chopped pimento (optional)
- 1 c. cream
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 8 c. water
- 2 c. carrots, grated
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Method
- Saute onion and celery in butter.
- Add water and bouillon. Bring to a boil.
- Add carrots and pimento (if desired).
- Boil 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add Cheez Whiz and cream.
- Do not boil!
