Ingredients
- 2 lb. flank steak
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. liquid smoke (optional)
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
Method
- Mix marinade ingredients; stir well. Cover punctured steak. Refrigerate for 2 days (yes), turning often. Grill 20 to 30 minutes. Very tender and delicious.
