Ingredients
- 2 ducks
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 bay leaves, crumbled
Method
- Cut ducks in half lengthwise.
- Place in plastic bag in shallow pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over duck.
- Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
