Ingredients
- 3 cracked crabs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. finely minced parsley
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Garlic to taste
Method
- Put cracked crab in a large bowl.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.
- Pour this mix over the crab and toss together till the marmalade is well absorbed.
- This can be served right away but is better refrigerated for a few hrs or possibly overnight.
- The Marinated Crab can be served as an appetizer or possibly a hot summer evening dinner.
