Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook carrots until tender.
- Cut green pepper into strips.
- Add onion and green pepper to carrots; set aside.
