- 2 lb. (about 5 c.) carrots, cook, drain and cool
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato bisque soup (can substitute can of tomato soup plus small to medium ripe tomato, cut in small pieces)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix last 7 ingredients and pour over vegetables.
- Cover and marinate at least 12 hours.
- Drain to serve (optional).
- Will keep for 2 weeks.
