Ingredients
- Liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- Garlic salt
- Onion salt
- Celery salt
- Lea & Perrin
Method
- Rub seasoning on brisket of about 3 to 4 pounds.
- Make sure you rub both sides.
- Wrap in foil and let stand overnight.
- Put rack in roaster.
- Place over water in pan and cook about 300 degrees for about 3 to 3 1/2 hrs.
- After meat is tender, open foil and get several Tbsp.
- of juice from brisket and mix with sauce.
- Pour over the roast and cook for about 30 more min at 250 degrees.
- When serving meat, heat the sauce and put on table so which can be based while eating.
