Ingredients
- 8 lb. brisket
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- seasoned salt
- 1 bottle French dressing
- 1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 1 c. sherry
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 small can of mushrooms
Method
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt.
- Place in a shallow dish, cover with dressing and marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
