Ingredients

  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
  • 1 1/2 c. soda crackers
  • Crumbs
  • 1 c. butter

Method

  • Combine first 8 ingredients.
  • Add in chicken, coating well.
  • Let stand in covered Tupperware container in refrigerator overnight.
  • Remove chicken from sauce.
  • Roll in crumbs and arrange in shallow pan.
  • Heat butter.
  • Spoon half over chicken.
  • Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Spoon rest of butter over chicken and bake 45 min more.
  • Serves 12.
