- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 12 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
- 1 1/2 c. soda crackers
- Crumbs
- 1 c. butter
Method
- Combine first 8 ingredients.
- Add in chicken, coating well.
- Let stand in covered Tupperware container in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove chicken from sauce.
- Roll in crumbs and arrange in shallow pan.
- Heat butter.
- Spoon half over chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
- Spoon rest of butter over chicken and bake 45 min more.
- Serves 12.
