Ingredients
- 2 (5 lb.) bags oranges, peeled and cut up
- 1/2 to 3/4 can coconut
- 1 tsp. sugar (if needed)
- 1/2 c. pecans (optional)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. orange juice
- 2 bananas
- 1 red apple (with peel for color)
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except bananas and nuts, in a large bowl.
- Add bananas and nuts right before serving.
- Keep refrigerated.
