Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. bacon, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 (31 oz. each) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can butter beans, drained
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Method

  • Brown beef; drain grease.
  • Put meat in a crock-pot.
  • Brown bacon and onion; drain fat and add to crock-pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients to crock-pot; stir together well.
  • Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 9 hours.
