- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 (31 oz. each) cans pork and beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can butter beans, drained
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Brown beef; drain grease.
- Put meat in a crock-pot.
- Brown bacon and onion; drain fat and add to crock-pot.
- Add remaining ingredients to crock-pot; stir together well.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 9 hours.
