Ingredients
- 1 lime slice
- Kosher salt
- Ice cubes
- 3 ounces Tequila
- 1 ounce Triple Sec
- 2 ounces fresh lime juice
- 6 to 8-ounce Old Fashioned glass
- Chilled Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail strainer
Method
- Rub the rim of the glass with the lime.
- Pour a little salt in a flat dish and dip the glass in the salt to form a light coating around the rim.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with 6 to 8 ounce ice cubes.
- Add the tequila, Triple Sec, and lime juice and shake briskly until the container begins to frost.
- Strain into the salt-rimmed glass and serve.
