Ingredients

  • 1 lime, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled, seeded, and cut into thin slices
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh lime juice
  • 5 tablespoons triple sec
  • 2 tablespoons Tequila
  • 1-1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • Salt for pop rims (optional)

Method

  • 1) In food processor/blender, combine lime & lemon slices w/both juices, triple sec, Tequila, & ice cubes; process until smooth.
  • 2) Fill pop molds w/mixture, insert sticks, freeze for 12 hours.
  • 3) Remove from freezer, let stand room temperature 5 minutes before removing mold. Dip with salt to your liking w/corn syrup on top.
