Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- dash of salt
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Method
- Butter a 9-inch square pan.
- Cover with chopped nuts.
- Butter the sides of a 2-quart saucepan.
- Add sugar, milk and salt.
- Stir and bring to boiling about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Spread the chocolate mixture over the nuts.
- Add marshmallows.
- Press into the chocolate.
- Add remaining chocolate mixture.
- Cool and cut into pieces.
