Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijpn Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Thyme
- 1 dash Pepper
- 24 ounces, weight King Atlantic Salmon
Method
- Brush grill with olive oil and set to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, add maple syrup, mustard, thyme and pepper; mix well; set aside.
- Sprinkle both the sides of the salmon with ground pepper (just a light dusting).
- Place salmon on the grill.
- If salmon has skin, cook with skin side up for 1 minutes, just to get grill marks on salmon.
- Then flip salmon and cook for about 5 7 minutes, until the flesh starts to flake easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
- Brush the salmon with maple glaze and serve immediately.
