- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. ground hamburger
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 10 or 12 oz. jar apricot preserves
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Method
- Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and seasonings and mix lightly.
- Shape into medium meatballs.
- Brown in margarine.
- Put in casserole and combine preserves and barbecue sauce.
- Pour over meatballs.
- (Cover dish.)
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
