Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Cilantro
  • 4 cloves Garlic Chooped
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts

Method

  • Add ingredients (except chicken) to a large bowl and stir them all together.
  • It doesnt matter what order, just dump them in there.
  • Add your chicken to the bowl and rub the ingredients over the chicken, making sure to coat each piece fully.
  • Cover chicken with a towel and place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
  • Pull chicken out and either in a frying pan or a baking sheet (depending on how you like your chicken cooked), place chicken.
  • Pour all the leftover marinade over the chicken and cook until done.
  • Dont be afraid to pour any leftover juice from the cooking pan over the chicken.
  • Mmm mmm good.
  • Lay chicken over rice and squeeze fresh lime juice over the whole dish, then serve.
