Ingredients

  • 8 oz chocolate cake, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 5 oz Whoppers or Maltesers candy, 3 oz crushed
  • 1/3 cup chocolate liqueur
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup malted milk powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 None eggs, separated
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Method

  • Divide cake cubes among eight 1-cup dessert glasses. Top with crushed Whoppers and liqueur.
  • Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water in small bowl. Stand bowl in small saucepan of simmering water. Stir until gelatin has dissolved. Cool for 5 mins.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and malted milk powder in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in cream and egg yolks. Stir in gelatin mixture, then chocolate.
  • Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer until firm peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture. Divide among glasses.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with whole Whoppers.
