Ingredients
- 2 c. dry malted milk
- 4 c. water
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. broken pecans
Method
- Dissolve the malted milk in 1 cup of the water, then add the sugar and remaining water which has been heated to boiling.
- Cook to 240° or soft ball stage, then add vanilla and nuts.
- Beat until mixture begins to grain.
- Then pour into buttered pan.
