Ingredients

  • 4/5 lb potatoes
  • 8 oz creamed cheese
  • 1 c sour cream
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook potatoes. Mash with creamed cheese and sour cream.
  • Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • These can be made ahead of time and heated in oven, microwave, or crock pot
  • before serving. They will keep several days in the
  • refrigerator and unlike regular mashed potatoes, reheat beautifully.
