Ingredients
- 4/5 lb potatoes
- 8 oz creamed cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Cook potatoes. Mash with creamed cheese and sour cream.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- These can be made ahead of time and heated in oven, microwave, or crock pot
- before serving. They will keep several days in the
- refrigerator and unlike regular mashed potatoes, reheat beautifully.
