Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c. chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 c. lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 (10.8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Royal red strawberry topping

Method

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and peanuts, stirring to mix.
  • Add melted margarine, stirring to mix.
  • Press mixture on bottom and up sides to top of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 8 to 9 minutes.
  • Cool on wire rack.
  • Place peanut butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and cream with electric beaters.
  • Add cream cheese and beat at medium speed of electric mixer until thoroughly mixed.
