Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Hamburger or Turkey
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 cups of white rice or any other type you wish
- 1 Can of tomato Juice
- 1 can of canned or real tomatoes
- water
Method
- First put the hamburger and onions in a frying pan and cook until done.
- Second Cook the rice until done according to instructions on the package.
- Third mix the hamburger, rice, tomato juice and tomatoes into a pot and heat on medium until it is hot.
- Season with salt and/or pepper to taste.
