Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Hamburger or Turkey
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 2 cups of white rice or any other type you wish
  • 1 Can of tomato Juice
  • 1 can of canned or real tomatoes
  • water

Method

  • First put the hamburger and onions in a frying pan and cook until done.
  • Second Cook the rice until done according to instructions on the package.
  • Third mix the hamburger, rice, tomato juice and tomatoes into a pot and heat on medium until it is hot.
  • Season with salt and/or pepper to taste.
