Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni, 2 cups uncooked
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, parred and chopped
  • 1 12 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup radish, sliced
  • 12 cup carrot, grated
  • 12 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
  • 12 cup salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 12 teaspoon onion salt
  • 12 teaspoon instant onion
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon white pepper

Method

  • For salad prepare macaroni according to directions.
  • Drain.
  • Combine all ingredients chill thoughly.
  • Toss salad before serving.
  • For dressing:.
  • Combine all ingredients in jar.
  • Cover and shake well.
  • Chill.
  • Mix with macaroni salad.
  • (make 1 cup).
