- 1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni, 2 cups uncooked
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pepperoni, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, parred and chopped
- 1 12 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup radish, sliced
- 12 cup carrot, grated
- 12 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
- 12 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon onion salt
- 12 teaspoon instant onion
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
Method
- For salad prepare macaroni according to directions.
- Drain.
- Combine all ingredients chill thoughly.
- Toss salad before serving.
- For dressing:.
- Combine all ingredients in jar.
- Cover and shake well.
- Chill.
- Mix with macaroni salad.
- (make 1 cup).
