Ingredients
- 1 lb. shell macaroni
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 celery sticks, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Cook macaroni; rinse well with cold water.
- Add pepper, onion and celery.
- Toss
- well.
- Add
- cheese.
- Mix
- oil, sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise well.
- Pour over macaroni and refrigerate.
