Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 jar corn relish
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento, chopped and drained
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook, rinse and drain macaroni.
- Mix all ingredients in order given, except mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Mix these in small bowl and pour over all.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
