Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni (1 3/4 c.)
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- black pepper to taste
- 8 oz. American cheese, shredded (2 c.)
Method
- Cook macaroni; drain well.
- Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper.
- Add shredded cheese; mix well.
- Stir in cooked macaroni.
- Put in greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
