Ingredients
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. yellow American cheese
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
Method
- Cook macaroni for 10 to 15 minutes in boiling water.
- Do not overcook.
- Drain macaroni.
- Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Dice cheese.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Place in proper cookware and bake for 20 minutes until brown.
- Serves 8 to 10.
