Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. American cheese, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 2-quart casserole.
- Cook macaroni as label directs.
- Drain well.
- In casserole, stir all ingredients until well mixed.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes.
- Makes 8 servings.
