- Creamettes (macaroni)
- Velveeta cheese
- butter
- salt and pepper
- milk
Method
- Cook as much macaroni as you want for casserole.
- Drain and blanch with cool water.
- Butter casserole dish.
- Cover bottom with macaroni.
- Lay cheese slices side by side to cover macaroni.
- Add 4 to 5 dabs butter, then another layer macaroni, cheese and butter until macaroni is used.
- Sprinkle with pepper and fill bowl about 1/2 full of milk.
- Bake in 350° oven until milk has cooked through and browned on top.
