Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. cooked macaroni
- 1/4 c. chopped, canned tomatoes
Method
- In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup, milk and cheese.
- Heat until cheese melts. Stir often.
- Add macaroni and tomatoes.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
