Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Add to mixture, alternating with sour cream.
- Stir in vanilla and rhubarb.
- Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350°.
- Before baking, sprinkle 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top.
