Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small jar diced pimientos
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • potato chips
  • melted margarine

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together (except potato chips and margarine).
  • Pour into large casserole dish.
  • Top with crushed potato chips mixed with margarine.
  • Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes in 350° oven or until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve hot.
