- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small jar diced pimientos
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- potato chips
- melted margarine
Method
- Mix all ingredients together (except potato chips and margarine).
- Pour into large casserole dish.
- Top with crushed potato chips mixed with margarine.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes in 350° oven or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve hot.
