Ingredients
- Part 1
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- Part 2
- 2 2 cups whole cashews or 2 cups whole pistachios
- 1/4 cup coconut
- Part 3
- 2 large eggs
- milk (a splash)
Method
- Mix together the first part.
- Puree to dust or small chunks the second part.
- whisk together the third part.
- Put each in a separate bowl.
- Dip the fish in Flour, egg and nuts and fry.
