Ingredients
- 2 c. toasted chopped almonds
- 1 c. very finely chopped pecans or almonds (to sprinkle on top)
- 1 lb. butter (do not use margarine or it will be a sin)
- 2 c. sugar
- 10 Tbsp. water (which is 1/2 c. + 2)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, micromelted to spread on toffee
Method
- Use heavy pot, like pressure cooker.
