Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- juice of 16 oz. can tomatoes (use the pulp for soup or stews)
Method
- Place the pork chops in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Salt and pepper.
- Chop onion and green pepper and put over chops.
- Pour juice over and cover.
- Bake at 350° until tender, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on size of chops.
- Uncover the last half hour.
