Ingredients
- 4 cans sliced potatoes
- 2 c. shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper
Method
- Butter casserole and add half of the potatoes, onion and cheese; salt and pepper to taste.
- Repeat as preceding and dot top of casserole with pats of butter.
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
