Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. shrimp, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. carrots, grated
- 1/2 c. green onions, minced
- 4 Tbsp. shoyu
- 6 gloves garlic, minced
- salt, pepper and m.s.g. to taste
Method
- Mix pork and beef together.
- Add chopped onion and saute.
- Add shrimp and cook 1 more minute. Add beaten eggs and cool. Add mushrooms, carrots, onion, shoyu, salt and pepper.
- Mix well. Wrap in lumpia wrappers.
- Use only about 1 heaping tablespoonful on a wrapper. Always cool filling before wrapping, otherwise wrapper will fall apart.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
