Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. taco sauce
  • 1/4 c. light margarine
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 8 nonfat tortillas
  • 1/4 c. chopped green chillies
  • 1 c. low-fat cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon

Method

  • Cook meat and onions until meat is brown.
  • Add salt.
  • Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray and fry tortillas until limp. Spoon equal amounts of meat mixture on tortillas.
  • Top each with taco sauce and cheese.
  • Roll up; place seam side down in lightly greased 6 x 10-inch pan.
