Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla no sugar cook and serve pudding mix
- 1/2 light lemonade tube of Crystal, mix, 1 1/2 teaspoons
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese package
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 cool whip tub of
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
Method
- Combine pudding mix, Crystal Light lemonade mix, and milk in a saucepan, and cook over medium heat until it starts to thicken. Set aside to cool.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese and vanilla flavoring, and slowly add in pudding mixture. Fold in 1 1/2 cup cool whip. Pour into crust, and top with remaining cool whip.
- Chill for several hours until pie is firm. Store in refrigerator.
