Ingredients

  • 3 T Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 3 Flat anchovies chopped
  • 1/4 lb Chopped meat
  • 1 t Red pepper flakes
  • 6 Green olives sliced
  • 1/3 C Crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 C Fresh bread crumbs fried in olive oil
  • 1/4 C Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Add linguini to boiling water. Saute garlic, anchovies, red pepper and chopped meat in olive oil. Gradually add up to 1/2 C pasta water to sauce. Take pasta out about i minute before done and place in frying pan. Add olives, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and additional olive oil. Saute 2-3 min and serve.
