Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tbsp. no salt ketchup
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard, spicy
- dijon
- 2 sundried tomatoes, chopped and blanched
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Process using a pulsing motion in order to blend all ingredients, yet retain some tomato texture.
- Chill 15 minutes before serving.
