Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 12 cups milk
- 12 cup egg substitute
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place flour in medium saucepan.
- Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
- Cook over medium low heat, stirring often until mixture boils and thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Sieve cottage cheese into a medium bowl.
- Beat in egg substitute until well blended.
- Stir into cooled milk sauce.
- Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
