Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons skim milk
- 8 teaspoons caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 14 ounces nonfat yogurt
Method
- Slice bananas.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and spoon into serving glasses.
- Chilll for 1 hour.
