Ingredients
- 1 pkg. green mixed vegetables
- 1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. frozen chef's season (ground)
- 1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
- 1 c. cooked rice
Method
- Cook the frozen mixed vegetables.
- Cook the turkey or chicken until done but not brown. Add to cooked vegetables.
- Add the onions, chef's season, V-8 juice and rice.
- Simmer for about 1 hour. Can freeze and reheat. Gets better each time.
