Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 large hard-cooked egg, peeled and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
- few grains black pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl or screw-top jar.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups dressing.
- Keeps a week in refrigerator.
