Ingredients

  • 4 x catfish fillets garlic salt lemon-pepper seasoning

Method

  • Rinse fish fillets with cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Have broilerheating, with oven rack set about 4 inches from heat.
  • Grease the rack of abroiler pan.
  • Sprinkle fish lightly with garlic salt and lemon-pepper.
  • Placefillets on rack of broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 min or possibly till fish flakeseasily with a fork; turning not necessary.
  • If substituting halibut, swordfishor shark steaks, turn once during cooking and increase broiling time as necessary.
