Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cut grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped apples
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
- 2 cup cooked chopped chicken

- Mix all together and chill in refrigerator
- Serve on whole wheat toast, tortillas or over a salad
