Ingredients
- 1 lb. salted salmon (Suisan Fishmarket sells blocks of salmon already deboned)
- 4 lb. firm tomatoes
- 2 large round onions
- 2 large bunches green onions
Method
- Remove any bones or skin.
- Finely chop or shred the salted salmon.
- Place in a colander and rinse under cold tap water for approximately 10 minutes or until most of the salt is removed. Allow the salted salmon to drain.
