Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Rotini Pasta
  • 1/3 cups Chopped Carrot
  • 1/3 cups Chopped Red Pepper
  • 1-1/3 cup Chopped Brocolli
  • 4 Chopped Scallions
  • 10 ounces, weight Cheese, Cubed (Colby Jack Is My Favorite)
  • 6 slices Bacon, Fully Cooked, Crumbled
  • 2 cups Lite Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning Or Dill

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions and allow to cool completely. Add carrots, peppers, broccoli, scallions, cheese and bacon, stirring together.
  • Mix in Italian dressing, and sprinkle seasoning on top. Chill until ready to serve.
