- 12 ounces, weight Rotini Pasta
- 1/3 cups Chopped Carrot
- 1/3 cups Chopped Red Pepper
- 1-1/3 cup Chopped Brocolli
- 4 Chopped Scallions
- 10 ounces, weight Cheese, Cubed (Colby Jack Is My Favorite)
- 6 slices Bacon, Fully Cooked, Crumbled
- 2 cups Lite Italian Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning Or Dill
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions and allow to cool completely. Add carrots, peppers, broccoli, scallions, cheese and bacon, stirring together.
- Mix in Italian dressing, and sprinkle seasoning on top. Chill until ready to serve.
